We tend to forget that happiness doesn’t come as a result of getting something we don’t have, 
but rather of recognizing and appreciating what we do have.

"Sometimes you need a breakdown. Yell at everyone, cry until you fall and can't breath kind of breakdowns. Then hopefully, you will feel a bit better. And if not, then at least people will know you are not okay. "
